Terms of Service & Order Safety Guarantee

All client projects undertaken by YassinMeta ("Agency", "We") operate under an explicit, written Scope of Work (SOW). The SOW outlines all deliverables, acceptance criteria, technical requirements, milestones, and deployment timelines. Any request falling outside the defined SOW will be evaluated as a formal change order with clear cost and timeline adjustments.

Upon final payment settlement for any project or milestone, 100% of all intellectual property, source code, custom n8n workflows, prompt engineering templates, database schemas, and proprietary assets created specifically for the client are irrevocably transferred to the client. YassinMeta retains zero proprietary lock-in on custom-built client software.

We enforce strict confidentiality regarding all proprietary business processes, customer data, API keys, and operational strategies shared with us. YassinMeta complies with GDPR, CCPA, and EU AI Act best practices. We never use client data or internal documentation to train public AI models without explicit, written client consent.

To ensure complete client peace of mind, clients may choose between direct verified bank/Stripe invoicing or third-party Escrow protection via our verified Fiverr Pro and Upwork Enterprise profiles. Milestone funds are held in secure escrow until deliverables meet 100% of pre-agreed acceptance criteria.

Every custom build includes a complimentary 30-day post-launch warranty window. If any technical defect, webhook failure, or API breakage occurs within the agreed scope, YassinMeta remediates the issue with high priority at zero additional charge. Ongoing SLA maintenance retainers (99.9% uptime monitoring) are available thereafter.

Standard project billing is divided into milestone tranches (typically 50% deposit upon project kickoff, 50% upon final acceptance before live production handoff). Invoices are due within 14 calendar days of issuance. Unpaid balances beyond 30 days may result in temporary suspension of hosted development staging environments.

While YassinMeta implements rigorous temperature controls, guardrails, and validation middleware to prevent hallucinations, third-party Large Language Model providers (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Google) operate with their own uptime SLAs and API policies. Clients maintain responsibility for their own third-party API usage fees unless specifically bundled into a managed retainer.

Either party may terminate an active agreement with 14 days written notice. In the event of early termination, the client is only billed for work completed and accepted up to the date of notice, and all corresponding code and artifacts produced to date will be transferred to the client upon pro-rata settlement.
